**Now accepting new clients.** The strength and courage it takes to open up to a therapist is immeasurable. Being a therapist means I will be a witness to my client’s story which is a huge privilege to say the least. I believe my clients are the experts on themselves and my role is to help guide them through life’s challenges by sharing coping skills, fostering a healing environment, and providing compassionate care.

I have a passion for working with teens and adults with a variety of concerns. I have indepth experience with anxiety, ADHD, trauma and depression along with the ways these issues can affect the members of their family. My approach is client centered as I use a variety of modalities depending on individual needs. I always lead with a trauma- informed perspective, and I utilize Dialectic Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Person- Centered Therapy.

If it sounds like we may be a good fit, please don’t hesitate to schedule your first appointment with me. I look forward to meeting with you!
