A lot of us will lead lives that seem to be going well on the outside – but privately, there is pain. If you're not living your best life, let talk about it.

If you feel ready to feel better, to be better, to heal old wounds, and to feel more connected to yourself and others, I am here to work through this process with you, on your side, consistently and for as long as you need the support. My goal in working with you is to create a safe space made of honesty and vulnerability. I will meet you exactly where you are (without judgement), support you in identifying the root of your troubles (while also holding you accountable when necessary), and help you find your inner strength and wisdom to build resilience and heal.

Through self-exploration, we can work to remain in the present moment, get back into the body, shift limiting beliefs and identify a fresh perspective that aligns with your inner-most goals and values. I will help you make meaning of your own lived experiences and
find motivation and hope for the future you wish to create.

I work with adults and adolescents to overcome self-doubt, self-esteem issues, changing unhealthy patterns, improving relationships, and finding healthy ways to cope with the pain of the past, the present and the future. I utilize an integrative approach, drawing upon a variety of orientations including a psychodynamic perspective, EMDR solution-focused therapy, cognitive-behavioral therapy and mindfulness-based interventions.
