Welcome to Your Healing. I am a therapist, passionate about changing the ways mental health services are provided, reducing barriers, reframing stigma, and helping individuals achieve better outcomes. I have experience with providing services to those with Severe Mental Impairment, Borderline personality disorder, crisis management, intellectual disabilities, PTSD, CPTSD, Autism spectrum, and Substance abuse/ recovery needs. TFCBT, CBT, DBT, EMDR, ASAM trained. I am proficient in providing individual, group, couples, and family counseling.

Currently training in Trauma Focused CBT and Sand tray therapy for adults and children. After hours, Tues, Wed. and Fri 6:30pm-8:30pm Telehealth only and Saturday 10 am – 3 pm in Person/Telehealth available.
