Life gets complicated. Relationships get messy. Emotions can feel overwhelming. Therapy is a place where we start making sense of it all.

I work with individuals and couples who are ready to do deeper work—not just talk about problems but understand them and move through them. My style is direct, supportive, and grounded in the belief that people are far more capable and resilient than they often realize.  I don’t see clients as broken or in need of fixing. I see people who have developed strategies to survive difficult experiences—strategies that may not be serving them anymore. Therapy is where we unpack those patterns, understand the “why,” and create healthier ways forward.

My approach mostly integrates CBT, DBT, Parts Work, and EMDR, which means we look at the full picture: your thoughts, emotions, nervous system, past experiences, and the different parts of you that may sometimes feel in conflict. Together we process what’s been stuck, build emotional and relational skills, and help you reconnect with your own internal strengths.

With individuals, this often means exploring identity, healing from past experiences, and learning how to respond to life rather than react to it. With couples, the work focuses on breaking cycles of miscommunication, increasing understanding and compassion, and creating a relationship that feels supportive for both partners.

I believe good therapy should leave you feeling more self-aware, more empowered, and more equipped to handle life’s complexity. This work can be challenging—but it can also be transformative.

You’ve survived a lot. Now let’s figure out how to thrive.
